Cereal was part of Hell’s Kitchen Magazine, and for a while, I was its editor. My story about it was published as part of the Hell’s Kitchen reunion issue (below).
I forgot to talk about the website, which was a 1998 mess — garish colors, weird animated gifs I made of spoons, bowls and pouring milk, frames, and a navigation bar that looked like an RDA nutrition notice.
