My national TV debut was roughly six seconds in the upper right-hand corner of the 2016, Adult Swim Christmas special, Joe Pera Tells You How to Pick the Perfect Christmas Tree.
My background “wife” was played by the same actress who played my mistress in Insolite. We paired up during orientation, and they rewarded us by putting us in a featured position, talking with another couple behind the main action for the scene.
It’s funny. I can perform as a lead in a nationally distributed indie movie, and no one cares, but get a few seconds of network cable time, and everyone wants to check it out.
