This was one of those experiences that really stand out for me as an actor, for a variety of reasons. It’s the only time I would play a character based on an actual person. It’s probably the highest I’ve been paid per hour for acting at the time. The shoot went incredibly fast. There were few, if any, second takes. The director was 16 years old.
